Romantic provençale village house, built in1637, with lots of charmes and authentic details. In the last ten years Maison Fontaines became a succesful B&B. Due to health reasons our house is ready for a new owner, after 22 years.

The attraction of the beautiful nature, with vineyards around, just 45 kms from the seaside and the famous Gorges du Verdon nearby and the special smell of the Provence brought many artists to Bargemon.

In wintertime you will find a ski area on 75 minutes driving.

Bargemon has all necessarily shops like a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a pharmacy, a doctor, restaurants and bars. Plus a beautiful marketplace where everybody meets everybody. It’s like sitting on the stage of a theater!

Big shops and all other necessary needs like a hospital etc you will find in Draguignan or Le Muy.

Also the musea and the plenty of activities in the village makes life in Bargemon very pleasant which feels really like living as God in France!

The house has six floors including the cellar, four bedrooms -one with a fire place-, a big living kitchen with a fire place and an antique stove which works well, a bathroom with bath/shower toilet and bidet, a study, an atelier, a summer kitchen and a terrace with a spectacular view which never bores…

Chancing of the sky and the light with the sun all over the day until 17.00 hours you can’t get enough of it… The terrace is half covered so even in wintertime you can have your lunch outside.

The summer kitchen is well and complete equipped with everything you need to prepair lunch or dinner.

The ground floor can be used for commercial goals if you want so. In total the house has 130 m2 for living.
